This song was almost fully composed by improvising and jamming during rehearsals. It's a pop song in a ternary latin-style rythm. It has been recorded with every musicians playing simultaneously. A few percussions have been then recorded on top. Some weird effects where also applied like a rotary speaker and a detune to the piano solo to give it an old school western piano feeling. The intro and outro guitar parts are heavily feed with multiple analogic delays added together.
lyrics
The day is down
My path is clear
I’m leaving this life to get around
Close to the edge
Left to myself
I made the choice to leave the rage
Don't be afraid
For the best, try to be on your way
Be proud and fair
Take a rest, the trip will come next
Don’t be afraid
For the best, try to be on your way
You‘ll lead the way
Till the end
Release those dreams
Tied on your needs
Take my hand to fall in the void
The morning sun
Smiles on your side
Here comes the ride
Forget about the run
Don't be afraid
For the best, try to be on your way
Be proud and fair
Take a rest, the trip will come next
Don’t be afraid
For the best, try to be on your way
You‘ll lead the way
Till the end
